Previous or current role: Analyst in Central Reserve Bank of Perú

About me: I began my career at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, where I have spent the past seven years working across four areas: reserve requirements, FX trading, money market operations, and, most recently, open market operations analysis. In my current role, I monitor and analyse local financial markets to support daily monetary policy decisions.

As a sponsored student, I joined LBS to deepen my financial expertise and further develop my leadership and interpersonal skills, with the long-term goal of advancing my career as a central banker. What I’ve enjoyed most so far is learning from classmates with diverse professional backgrounds and exploring new areas of finance.

In my free time I enjoy skating, playing volleyball, board games and reading science fiction.

Three topics I can be approached about: The MiFFT experience; central banking; career development and staying curious beyond your field.
