My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Navigating the uncertainty of the process.

About me: I grew up between two cultures, being half German and half Hungarian, which made me curious, adaptable and keen to connect with people from different backgrounds. My academic journey began with an undergraduate degree in Management at the University of St Andrews, including a year abroad at the College of William & Mary in the US. The advanced finance courses there sparked my interest in the analytical side of business and set me on the path toward investment banking.

To explore this further, I interned at Bloomberg in analytics and sales and later at Rothschild & Co.’s Arrowpoint Advisory team as a generalist M&A summer analyst. Both experiences reinforced my motivation to pursue a career in investment banking and encouraged me to continue building my skills. I am now studying for the Masters in Financial Analysis, where I look forward to learning from peers within such a diverse international community.

Outside of academics and work, I enjoy doing sports, playing the piano and reading. I really value building meaningful connections and I’m always happy to chat about LBS or anything beyond.

Three topics I can be approached about: Applying to LBS; studying abroad; balancing academics with extracurriculars.
