Eileen Rasslenberg

About me: Prior to starting her MBA, Eileen worked as an associate consultant at McKinsey & Company in Düsseldorf, Germany. She advised clients across different sectors, such as basic materials, energy and transport, in topics mainly focusing on digital and organisational transformations or building new digital or sustainability business models.

Eileen holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from University of Münster, Germany, and she completed a visiting research semester in the Advanced Science Research Center of CUNY, New York. She obtained her degrees in collaboration with Henkel AG, working in departments ranging from R&D, new business development and corporate venture capital in Germany and Belgium.

Eileen joined LBS to further learn about entrepreneurship by attending the Entrepreneurship Summer School and to exchange ideas with people equally passionate about sustainability and social impact.

Eileen likes to spend her free time travelling, preparing for her next half marathon, cooking with friends or exploring London’s restaurant scene.
