About me: I came to LBS to pursue a career in renewable energy infrastructure after almost nine years working as an infrastructure lawyer across Asia Pacific. I was most recently based in Beijing working on development financing projects in the region. I’m passionate about lifting economic and social outcomes in emerging economies, particularly through the renewable energy transition.
I chose LBS because of the truly diverse international experience that it provides and its proximity bang in the middle of the beating heart of one of the major energy and finance capitals of the world. Both factors are crucial for me as I embark on a career pivot.
At LBS, I am involved on the Executive Committee of the Construction and Infrastructure Club and, on the social side, the Sailing Club and Cycling Club. It’s important to get out of the whirlwind of London once in a while to decompress and relax!
New Zealand is the place I call home and the outdoors (surfing, sailing, cycling) is where I go to unwind.
Three topics I can be approached for: Non-traditional background (law); career switching; studying with a partner (long distance).
