Diana was born in Seoul, Korea and has spent almost half of her life in Hong Kong and the United States. She holds a Bachelors in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington. Before joining London Business School, she worked at the leading Korean investment bank, Kiwoom Securities. Her first role was as a retail strategy analyst, in which she constructed various business strategies to target individual investors based on investment and customer trends. Following this, she became a sales and structuring associate, and then assistant manager for equity derivatives and FICC structured products.
Diana decided to pursue a Masters in Finance degree at LBS to prepare herself to be a global finance professional. A cutting-edge curriculum specialising in finance attracted her, as it allows her to develop her professional expertise and prerequisite practical skills in the finance industry.
In addition, she believed the London location and LBS itself were ideal for her to diversify her global network and broaden her global financial market perspectives.
