About me: I hold a bachelors in Economics from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and have passed the CFA Level I and II exams.
Before joining LBS, I spent five years at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru as a Settlement and Control of Operations Analyst, where I collaborated on projects to modernise monetary and financial market operations, automate valuation and settlement processes, and enhance operational efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams across technology, accounting and policy areas.
Driven by a strong commitment to giving back to my community, I have volunteered in youth sustainable development goals (SDG) initiatives and served as a selector and reviewer for international programmes. These experiences have strengthened my belief in finance as a tool to drive positive change and inclusion.
I am now pursuing the MiFFT programme at LBS, focusing on social impact and impact investing, while deepening my understanding of complex financial concepts and developing leadership and analytical skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing volleyball and exploring new cultures.
Three topics I can be approached about: Supporting youth leadership; promoting women's roles; technology in finance.
