About me: Carolina holds a Bachelors degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Prior to LBS she worked at CCU, the biggest beverage company in Chile, and with a presence in several countries in Latin America. There, she contributed through different areas such as finance, segmentation, revenue management and trade marketing. As head of revenue management for the beer category she created a new revenue strategy and led its implementation throughout the country. As the head of on-premise trade marketing, she led and developed the on-premise channel nationally, promoting brands at POS, enhancing customers’ beer experience and creating initiatives to boost clients’ sales.

While deciding where to pursue her MBA, Carolina wanted to choose a place that combined great international diversity with an excellent academic programme. These two key factors made her realise that LBS was the perfect fit.

During her first year she is looking to participate in Women in Business Club, Tech & Media Club and in the Retail & Luxury Goods Club. For now, her goals are to take advantage of every resource LBS has to offer and explore different industries while raising her three-month-old daughter.
