Carolin graduated from Cass Business School in London with a degree in management. Prior to the Masters in Finance programme, Carolin worked for Compagnie Monégasque de Banque in Monaco as a financial analyst in the investment advisory department. Being entrepreneurially-driven, she also founded a non-profit organisation in Monaco which finances the education of children in developing countries such as Burkina Faso, Armenia, Lebanon and Vietnam. For her contribution to the community, she received the Monaco Outreach Award from Prince Albert II. Carolin strongly believes that success is achieved by stepping outside of one’s comfort zone. Immediately after attaining her degree in management, she worked as a real estate developer; she developed units both in Monaco and Munich, Germany for re-renting and re-selling purposes.
The key reasons why Carolin chose LBS were the desire to pursue a financial education at a top-ranked programme in a financial hub, the creation of long-lasting relationships and the exposure to elite corporations. After joining LBS, she was elected investment banking lead of the Women in Business Club, one of the largest and fastest growing clubs at London Business School. She helps investment banks through the recruitment process, organizes Women in Business Club discussion panels and events and helps to advise women on their next career steps.
