My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Balancing an internship, studying for the GMAT and preparing for the interviews.
About me: Before joining LBS, I studied International Economics and Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Alongside my studies, I joined Enactus, a non-profit organisation where university students develop ventures that address social issues. This experience sparked my interest in the management world.
After graduating, I kept pursuing this interest by joining Uber as an operations intern, where I helped develop and implement growth strategies across EMEA markets. Before this, I completed internships in finance and marketing, which improved my understanding of different business functions and strengthened my interest in expanding my strategic and managerial knowledge.
This led me to pursue the MiM programme at LBS. I was drawn to the School’s global community, strong focus on career development and the opportunity to learn from world-class faculty and peers from diverse academic backgrounds. My experience so far has been incredibly enriching – filled with new friendships, exciting challenges and opportunities like the Impact Consulting Club, where I contribute to a real-world project with a focus on social impact.
I’m excited to represent LBS as a student ambassador and support prospective students in their journey!
In my spare time, I enjoy baking and watching Formula 1.
Three topics I can be approached about: Application advice; student experience; GMAT versus GRE.
