About me: I began my career as a pharmacist for a subsidiary of McKesson Healthcare Corporation in Edinburgh, Scotland. After a year, I was promoted to lead a team of healthcare assistants, working closely with a range of healthcare professionals including doctors and dentists to provide NHS and private pharmacy services. In that role, I was awarded ‘Manager of the Year’ for leading my team through the COVID-19 crisis and for designing and implementing private healthcare services that achieved the best financial performance in the region.
Before joining LBS, I founded a company that provided pharmacist and advisory services to chain pharmacies such as Boots UK, as well as to small independent pharmacies across Scotland.
I chose LBS because it offers the ideal MBA experience I was seeking: a broad business education, a diverse class and unparalleled access to leading businesses in London.
I am passionate about the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in delivering affordable healthcare services to underserved populations in Africa.
I am also a Belong@Bain MBA fellow.
In my free time, I enjoy reading the works of famous philosophers, playing football and table tennis, and exploring London and Africa.
Three topics I can be approached for: Healthcare; non-traditional background; life at LBS.
