My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Financing my studies.
About me: I have a background in economics, finance and product development. I have been fascinated by numbers from an early age. I studied at a school of physics and mathematics and later pursued my undergraduate degree in Economics at the International School of Economics at TSU. I have long aimed for international exposure and a world-class masters – this year I made that a reality at LBS.
My career began at 19, when I joined the energy company SOCAR as an investment analyst. At 21, I moved into the startup world, helping build and scale a healthcare platform that improved access to medical services across Georgia. Most recently, I served as a product owner at Bank of Georgia, leading data-driven campaigns and analytics and delivering the region’s first Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation.
Outside of work, I bring the same energy I once had as a professional water polo player into everyday life. Whether it’s skiing down fresh slopes, hiking mountain trails or playing football with friends, I enjoy staying active. I also love exploring new places and cultures – there’s nothing better than combining travel with a bit of adventure.
Being at LBS truly feels like a dream come true, and, as a student ambassador, I’m eager to give back, share my journey and help future students navigate their own paths.
Three topics I can be approached about: Application process; GMAT preparation; career.
