My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: To understand if this was the programme and place where I belonged.

About me: I am a GMiM student from Berlin. Before joining London Business School, I studied business and marketing at City University of Hong Kong as part of a joint double degree programme with ESSEC Business School in France. My experience studying and working across Europe and Asia drew me to the GMiM, which offers the opportunity to build on both perspectives through two years in London and Shanghai.

Professionally, my background spans PR, luxury, social innovation and consulting. In Hong Kong, I worked on client-based projects involving consumer research, event management and strategic recommendations for both a retailer and an international development organisation. These experiences shaped my interest in market entry, growth strategy and social entrepreneurship, particularly in an Asian context.

I understand that applying to business school can sometimes feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. I would be very happy to speak about the application process; choosing between programmes; studying across different countries; or the GMiM experience more broadly. Please feel free to reach out!
