About me: Before joining LBS, I worked at NTT, a leading Japanese telecom company, where I held a variety of roles across branding, marketing, HR and business development. With over a decade of experience, I have worked in Japan, the US and Vietnam, building a strong foundation in managing cross-cultural teams and projects.
In my most recent role as a Brand Specialist, I was responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for high-profile global projects. I also managed sponsorships aimed at increasing brand visibility and aligning the brand’s purpose with external partnerships, playing a key role in enhancing brand recognition.
My professional journey has sparked a passion for women’s empowerment and I am committed to fostering inclusive workplaces where diversity and equality are prioritised.
I am pursuing my MBA at LBS to broaden my leadership skills, seek a career change and explore new opportunities across different industries and regions. I see my MBA as a stepping stone to expand my horizons, both professionally and personally.
Alongside my studies, I am balancing the challenges of being a mother to my one-year-old daughter, demonstrating my ability to manage demanding responsibilities both at home and in my career.
Outside of my academic life, I enjoy travelling, managing a foodie Instagram account and practicing yoga.
Three topics I can be approached for: Exploring new industries; studying with a partner/child; Asians in LBS.
