William Fawson

William Fawson joins LBS as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow of Organisational Behaviour. His work has taken him across Europe, from London to The Netherlands and then to Barcelona where he studied for his PhD at the prestigious IESE Business School.
His research focuses on the behaviours people strategically use to build their reputations at work. He studies the actions individuals take to earn respect, admiration and trust from their colleagues to analyse how these efforts help them ascend the hierarchy.
