Simon Osborne

Simon Osborne's research interest include board and director performance review, boardroom diversity and delivery of good governance. He is the founder and director of Conseo Board Review, a governance consultant and trainer. He is an executive fellow with the London Business School Leadership Institute, an adviser to the International Corporate Governance Network, a governance adviser to the Astana International Financial Centre and vice-president (formerly the deputy chair) of a charity, the Railway Benefit Fund.
