Paul Fontanier

Dr Paul Fontanier is an applied theorist with research interests at the intersection of finance and macroeconomics. His work focuses on financial stability, with particular emphasis on monetary policy and financial regulation. Through rigorous theoretical analysis, he contributes to understanding the complex relationships between financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and macroeconomic outcomes.

Fontanier joins London Business School as an Assistant Professor of Finance from Yale University. A graduate of both École Polytechnique and the Corps des Mines—two of France's most selective engineering institutions—he brings a strong theoretical perspective to his research on financial stability and macroeconomic policy.
