Dr Justine Boudou's research examines the role of human capital in innovation and organisational performance. She studies the challenges organisations face in selecting and deploying knowledge workers and investigates the conditions under which their expertise translates into successful organisational outcomes. Dr Boudou joined London Business School as an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, where she completed her doctoral studies in Business Administration. Her academic background spans engineering, management, and business administration, providing a multidisciplinary perspective to her research and teaching.
