Maryam Bigdeli is a behavioural neuroscientist and global leadership development expert, specialising in applying cutting-edge neuroscience to business transformation, executive decision-making, and organisational change. With over two decades of experience designing and delivering high-impact programmes for senior executives across industries and geographies, Maryam bridges the gap between brain science and practical leadership strategies.

At London Business School, she contributes to flagship executive education programmes, offering participants immersive, research-backed experiences that ignite self-awareness, unlock behavioural transformation, and enable leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Her sessions are known for blending deep scientific insight with highly interactive, experiential learning – ensuring concepts are not only understood but embodied.

Maryam has worked with leaders and boards in sectors ranging from pharmaceuticals, finance, and technology to law, culture, and government. She has a particular passion for enabling leaders to create performance environments that foster trust, innovation, and psychological safety.
