Family Business Program Advisor

Jinan is a family business education expert; she advises on the design of development programs for family businesses. Jinan is passionate about helping family members reach their full potential on individual and family levels. Her program design aims to prepare family members for the responsibility of joint business ownership and equip them for leadership.

Jinan was the GCC Arab Countries regional director at the Family Business Network (FBN), an international membership association that fosters best practices amongst top-tier family business groups. She handled the relationships with member family businesses learning about their success and challenges firsthand. She designed and delivered over 40 events and education activities. The program targeted business leaders and next-generation family members; it covered diverse family business topics such as Family Business Governance, Leadership Development, Communication and Conflict, and Sustaining Innovation. Jinan is also active in family business publications. She oversaw the development of the first GCC family business governance code and facilitated the publishing of various family business white papers.

Jinan’s career before getting into the realm of the family business focused on business transformation projects. She launched multiple customer-centric projects optimizing processes and building internal capabilities to equip transformations.

Jinan has an Executive MBA from the London Business School and an MA in marketing management from the University of Westminster. She completed a Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute. Forbes recognized Jinan from 2015-2018 as one of the Top 100 Arab Business Women.
