London Business School’s Sustainability Reports provide a transparent account of our progress and impact across environmental and social priorities. Each annual report highlights actions taken to embed sustainability across teaching, research, and operations, and includes case studies from academic research, experiential learning, and community engagement. Catering on campus
Lexington Catering is the School’s contract catering provider, managing all food services across our campus. Lexington Catering holds a 3-star accreditation from the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) and is certified to the Environmental Management System standard ISO 14001. All on campus catering through Lexington complies with Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs( DEFRA)’s guidelines on sustainable procurement.

Sustainability programme team
The Sustainability function drives and coordinates our sustainability agenda across the School, setting measurable objectives that align with our mission and meet regulatory requirements. We work to embed sustainability across our operations, curriculum, research, and partnerships, ensuring a coherent approach that delivers real impact. Clear governance and reporting strengthen accountability and demonstrate how sustainability creates long-term value for the School and the wider world.

Sustainability strategy delivery board
The Sustainability Delivery Board brings together representatives from across LBS to support the implementation of the School’s Sustainability Strategy. The Board enables collaboration across departments and helps embed sustainability throughout the School. Members act as a link between their areas and the Sustainability Team, with colleagues able to join by putting themselves forward or being nominated by their team. Sustainability strategy and action plan
The strategy and action plan was launched in August 2025 and undergoes quarterly reporting and annual review across the School, with governance from the Sustainability Steering Board. The most recent review concluded in July 2026.
Sustainability policy
Progress against our Sustainability policy and its associated objectives will be reported annually to the Sustainability Steering Board and summarised through publicly available sustainability reporting.
Electronics watch membership
