LBS announces Progression Partnership Agreements in China
London Business School (LBS) has signed Progression Partnership Agreements with Tsinghua University in Beijing and Fudan University in Shanghai.
The agreements allow students admitted to the Masters in Finance (MiF) programmes at Tsinghua or Fudan to apply to first attend LBS’s Masters in Financial Analysis (MFA). Those admitted to the MFA will complete the one-year programme at LBS in London before returning to China to complete the second year of a MiF programme at either Tsinghua or Fudan Universities.

Those who successfully meet the requirements of both the LBS MFA and the Chinese Universities’ respective MiF programmes will receive two degrees, one from each of their chosen institutions.
The agreements further cement the School’s presence in the Chinese market and reflect the UK’s position as a favoured destination for university education.
Commenting on the significance of the Progress Partnership Agreements, François Ortalo-Magné, Dean of LBS, said: “These partnerships strengthen the ties between LBS and two of China’s top ranking academic institutions, and give students the opportunity to study in London, one of the world’s largest financial markets.
“The move is a natural progression of the School’s offering in China and will further advance our graduates’ ability to have a profound impact in a global marketplace.”
