The Masters in Management is aimed at recent graduates who have graduated within the last two years, with a maximum of two years of postgraduate work experience. You should have the motivation and desire to build a strong foundation for a career in business and may come from a diverse academic and professional background. We will consider applicants who have broad work experience in non-traditional business roles such as engineering, science and arts.
Our Graduate Masters programmes vary in focus and length and cater to different career goals. The Masters in Management (MiM) is designed for recent graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience who want to kick-start their career in business and build skills and knowledge to perform in all areas of management.

The Masters in Management provides a strong foundation in business principles, which can be beneficial for a PhD. However, if your primary goal is academic research, you should consider programmes specifically tailored for PhD preparation.
Yes, the MiM is an excellent stepping stone to our MBA programme. It provides a solid grounding in business fundamentals that will prepare you for the more advanced studies in the MBA.
After you graduate from the MiM and have gained at least three years of work experience, you will be eligible for our One-year MBA programme , designed specifically for management professionals.
You will need to meet the entry requirements to apply, as non-alumni do, and will not be exempt from any coursework covered on the MiM.
Only work experience gained post-graduation is considered towards the two-year limit requirement. Internships taken during your studies do not count, even if you have completed several.
Yes, international students will need a visa to study in our MiM programme. Our admissions team provides guidance on the visa application process to ensure a smooth transition.

Tuition fees for the Masters in Management 2026 intake are £52,950.
Fees are exclusive of any programme related travel expenses. This gives you flexibility to tailor your student experience and associated costs. For example, the different Global Trips incur varying travel and accommodation costs depending on which location you choose.
In addition to the tuition fees, there is a Student Association Fee of £200 that covers the Student Association (SA) subscription, enabling students to participate in our vibrant community.
Core courses include Applied Microeconomics, Data Analytics for Management, Decision and Risk Analysis, Finance, Financial Accounting, Marketing, Performing in Organisations, Strategic Analysis and The Global Macroeconomy.

LBS offers several financing options to support your graduate studies, including merit funds and bursaries. Around 20% of the Graduate Masters class each year receives funding from one of the School’s scholarships, which are supported by the School, alumni and external donors.
