Stephanie Chan-Ahuja is a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at London Business School. Her research examines how organizational and social processes influence employees’ careers, with a focus on policies and practices that cross the boundary between work and home.
Stephanie received her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania and B.Sc. from The Wharton School. Prior to joining LBS, she was a research associate at MIT and Harvard Business School.
