Alicia Riolino

Alicia is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management MBA program at the University of Toronto. She also holds degrees in Economics from Brock University (BA) and McMaster University (MA). After leading business strategy development and execution for a national accounting firm in Canada, Alicia observed the interaction between diversity, organisational performance and innovation adoption. She is interested in understanding how firm-level decision-making around employee fit and competence impacts gender segregation, innovation uptake and overall firm performance.
