London Business School (LBS) alumna Dr Zsuzsanna Tungli leads a new online course equipping leaders with key diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies for workplace success.

The first iteration of ‘Building Diverse and Inclusive Teams: DEI strategies for leaders’ begins 9 September 2024.

The course, designed for mid- to senior-level executives, covers key DEI subjects, including developing inclusive organisations and individual inclusive habits, managing biases, gender balance in leadership teams, cross-cultural competence, race and ethnicity identity, the multigenerational workforce, LGBTQ+ communities, and embracing people with different abilities.

Emerging topics, such as the impact of artificial intelligence on fair, inclusive and equitable recruitment practices, are also explored.

Bringing together insights from research and real-world examples, participants are equipped with insights and skills needed to develop their own action plans and bring lasting change to their organisations.

Dr Tungli is an expert in DEI strategies. She holds a PhD from LBS and holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi. She is the author of several books and the founder of both Cultural Training Asia and Developing Global Leaders Asia.

Dr Tungli said that, while organisations understood the value of building diverse and inclusive teams, the ability to deliver on that promise remained unfulfilled for many.

“Leaders are often supportive of DEI, but find additional practical tools are needed to bring their organisation’s DEI goals to fruition. This course is intended to bridge that gap, enable managers to lead with impact and bring evidence-backed insights to life in the workplace.”
