About me: Xinyue grew up in China, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Kyushu University, Japan, and a Master of Engineering Management degree at Dartmouth College, US. Before joining LBS, Xinyue spent six years at Corning Inc’s global headquarters in the US, covering three business management roles from pricing to product management to strategy. She enjoyed working at the intersection between engineering and business, leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to design strategic direction, deliver results and create business impact.

Impressed by the strong alumni connections, culturally diverse student groups, and various opportunities London’s location and LBS have to offer, Xinyue chose to attend LBS to gain knowledge and experience bridging the gap between current competency and future career aspirations. She is particularly passionate about the tech industry, and is pleased to see LBS’s strong-yet-fast-growing focus towards the tech sector. At LBS, Xinyue is a student ambassador and an Executive Committee member of Tech & Media Club. Outside of LBS, she enjoys exploring London and is fascinated by the gorgeous museums, restaurants and events in this charming city.
