About me: Will has more than 10 years’ working experience in top-tier multinational real estate consulting firms and corporates with wide exposure to various functions, including research/consulting, expansion, marketing and strategy in the consumer goods/retail sectors (fashion, beauty, wine and spirits). Thanks to study and work experiences in gateway cities (London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing), he has been fortunate to lead cross-region and cross-function projects.

Will deliberately invented a career trajectory as a generalising specialist in the consumer goods/retail sectors. Yet going forward, he aspires to transform into a seasoned corporate or institutional venture capitalist to invest and empower innovative startups and visionary entrepreneurs with high growth potential. To bridge the expertise gap and pivot his career in an international environment, he decided to pursue his MBA journey at LBS.

He has a wide spectrum of interests, investing his time in two aspects: travelling and volunteering. He has travelled to 25 countries and regions (and counting). Since 2008, he has participated in 10 volunteering programmes ranging from the Olympics, Expo, art foundation, LinkedIn mentoring to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
