About me: Spandana is the founder of ZoEasy, an award-winning UAE-based social enterprise that matches blue-collar job seekers with ethical employment opportunities using transparent hiring processes. She has been featured on World Economic Forum and Financial Times for the work she is doing and has received several awards, including Forbes 30 Under 30. Spandana has also raised funding from the likes of Credit Suisse via the United Nations Lead2030 Challenge and Expo 2020 Dubai’s Innovation Impact Programme.
Outside of work, Spandana is a One Young World Ambassador and Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, where she led the Dubai Hub as vice curator. She has been awarded a full scholarship by the SARI Foundation Trust (awarded to one person in the MBA class).
Spandana chose to study her MBA at LBS due to its thriving entrepreneurial and purpose-driven culture. During her time here, she hopes to deep-dive into LBS’s (and London’s) startup ecosystem and use these learnings to help scale her social enterprise.
Three topics I can be approached about: Entrepreneurship; technology; social impact.
