About me: Sheyla holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.

Before her MBA, Sheyla worked as a manager in the financial service office (FSO) of EY Peru where she managed profit improvement projects for LatAm financial institutions. There, she helped banks to identify revenue leakages and business rule improvements as well as to develop pricing optimisation models according to the bank’s strategy.

Sheyla decided to pursue an MBA at LBS to foster her financial skills, become part of one of the most diverse cohorts and expand her knowledge about other industries, all while getting new skills that she could apply in her family business.

In her free time, Sheyla enjoys going to the gym, dancing salsa and bachata, travelling and learning about new cultures and. finally, trying new restaurants!
