About me: Before becoming a Masters in Finance student at LBS, Sheena Lorenzo held multiple positions for the COL Financial umbrella group, the largest stock brokerage in the Philippines. She serves as the chief operations officer for CloudArch Ventures Group, an IPO consultancy firm, as well as the investor relations officer for CTS Global Equity Group, the biggest proprietary trading firm in the country. For the past five years, she was a global portfolio manager with a focus on US, Japan, Hong Kong and Philippine equity markets.

Sheena is a CFA charterholder and has been actively trading the equity markets for more than eight years. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines while having four finance internships, holding positions in four student organisations and securing multiple collegiate championships. She’s always been an advocate for financial literacy in the country, from being the chairperson of the first Philippine Financial Summit in 2017, until today as the financial literacy spokesperson for COL Financial Group, educating tens of thousands of Filipino students through more than 50 speaking engagements. This is the bedrock of her reason for joining LBS – to gain experience and expand her advocacy.
