My greatest challenge when I applied to business school: Choosing the right school.
About me: I am an engineer with a degree in robotics and mechatronics and I’ve built my career in the green energy sector. As Head of Business Development at TET Estel AS, I led projects that brought the company into new sectors like hydrogen energy, collaborating with organisations such as CERN and ITER.
My diverse cultural background as a Crimean Tatar has shaped my global perspective, having lived and studied in Uzbekistan, Russia, the UK and Estonia. This international experience has allowed me to navigate diverse environments and connect with people from various cultures.
Inspired by my work in clean energy, I decided to pursue entrepreneurship in this field. To complement my technical expertise, I chose LBS for its tailored courses and supportive environment for students without a business background. LBS’s rich extracurricular offerings and strong network will help me build meaningful connections with like- minded individuals and further my entrepreneurial aspirations.
Three topics I can be approached for: How LBS helps international students bond; how LBS is suitable for those without a business/finance background; how LBS will help you thrive.
