About me: Preyanka holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mount Carmel College – Bangalore, India, and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Preyanka brings over seven years of work experience in tax, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Preyanka is a manager in the private equity and M&A tax practice at PwC, London, where she advises some of the world’s largest private equity firms on tax structuring with regard to their acquisition or sale of target companies.
Preyanka chose to pursue her Masters in Finance at LBS to develop new technical skills and gain a foothold in London’s finance industry. She was keen to pursue her Masters at LBS given the School’s reputation, diversity and the collaborative approach demonstrated by its students/alumni.
When work and school aren’t keeping her busy, Preyanka spends her spare time reading, working out and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
