About me: Omar’s initial motivation for pursing the Masters in Finance at LBS was to move into a multi-asset portfolio management or strategy role, with the aim of achieving more senior positions rapidly. However, since joining, he has learned about other fields and discovered other areas that might also benefit his long-term career and make him a more well-rounded finance professional. He is therefore pursuing several options, but maintaining his primary focus on asset management and capital markets (two sides of the same coin).
Omar is deeply passionate about geopolitics and human rights. He enjoys the occasional novel and a good run on a nice day.
