My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Finding the right programme.

About me: I was born in Denmark, but moved to the US when I was young and grew up most of my life in California. I attended the University of California, Los Angeles (sko bru!) and, in 2021, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations.

During my time at UCLA, I was able to get valuable experience interning at a commercial real estate company and I also worked in a sales role at a winery in Napa Valley. However, I wanted to pursue a Masters in Management to gain a more comprehensive foundation in how global business is done. After LBS, I am hoping to stay in Europe working within strategy consulting or luxury goods.

What appealed to me about LBS was its strong focus on being an international environment as well as how the curriculum combines theory with practical application. Since arriving on campus, I have been able to engage with highly driven people from all over the world who motivate me to be the best version of myself.

Outside of the classroom, I am involved with the Wine & Spirit Club as well as the Ski Club.

Three topics I can be approached about: Studying in the US versus London; moving to London; applying from a non-business background.
