My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Writing essays.

About me: Born and raised in Bangalore, I studied Computer Science Engineering at PES University. I spent most of my undergraduate degree exploring what I wanted to pursue. I love ideating, executing those ideas and watching them come to life. I enjoy being creative and finding ways to connect with the customer.

I started a business, Athena, in my second year of undergraduate studies to try and bridge the gap between school, extra tuition and students. We worked towards providing personalised and conceptual tutelage to school children by extrapolating the bond between college students and school children. Athena helped me build my foundations in business and let me explore the field further. I learnt how to communicate effectively, connect with the customer, build trust, market the service and have tough conversations.

I went on to do four more internships to broaden my horizons and understand my options. I dug deeper into technology, social media management, advertising, market research and much more.

While I am still exploring what I want to pursue as a career, my current interests lie in technology, product management, finance, psychology and growth strategy.
