About me: Ashley is a clinician specialising in paediatrics. She grew up in Malaysia before moving to the UK for her medical degree at the University of Leeds. Following her studies, she spent six years working in multiple NHS trusts across London, before embarking on her MBA journey at LBS with the support of the Laidlaw Women’s Leadership Fund and Healthcare Scholarships.
She decided to pursue an MBA to develop fundamental business skills and learn how business can intersect with medicine. She sees the combination of clinical experience and business acumen as a powerful tool to bring high-impact change in how healthcare is delivered.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys baking, restaurant-hunting and hiking. She can occasionally be found in a spin or pilates studio.
