Elinor Flynn

Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour

Dr Elinor Flynn joins London Business School as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she was a post-doctoral scholar.

Dr Flynn’s research examines the consequences of diversity initiatives and contributors to inequality in organisations, with a particular focus on gender. She also studies how employees navigate work-life tradeoffs and their implications for well-being and organizational diversity. Her research has been published in top journals including Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal.

Dr Flynn began her academic career with a BA in English from Princeton University, followed by an MA in Psychology and Social Behaviour at UC Irvine, before obtaining her PhD in Management (Organisational Behaviour) from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
