Lucy Ford
Guest lecturer of Organisational Behaviour
Dr. Lucy Ford holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. As a Guest Lecturer at London Business School (LBS), she serves as an Academic Director for open programmes and delivers tailored executive education to global LBS clients. Additionally, she is an emeritus faculty member at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and has previously served as faculty at Rutgers University.
Dr. Ford is a well-published scholar, having authored or co-authored over 60 presentations, articles, and book chapters. Her research is featured in leading journals such as Organizational Research Methods, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Performance, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Journal of Business and Psychology. She recently published The SAGE Handbook of Survey Development and Application (2023), contributing to the advancement of survey research methodology. Her work has garnered awards from prestigious academic bodies, including Emerald Publishing, the Academy of Management, and Southern Management Association. It has also been highlighted in mainstream outlets such as The New York Times, Fast Company, and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
