- Self Service Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password or if you have been locked out of your computer you can get back in to your account through a recovery non-LBS email address anywhere, anytime and from any device.

- Two-Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication is designed to provide an extra layer of security when you use LBS systems whilst away from the LBS Campus. This ensures that you are the only person who can access your LBS Account, even if someone knows your password.
With 2FA, your account can only be used with a device exclusive to you, like your mobile phone. When you sign in, you'll need to provide two pieces of information-your password and then approval using your phone.
Registration takes only a few minutes and we strongly recommend you use the Authentication App as your default method.
Refer to the link for a quick guide on how to register:

- Manage your security settings
You may want to update your recovery mobile number, email address or your default Two-Factor Authentication method (e.g. when travelling).
You can do so at any time via myaccess.london.edu by following these instructions:
- Manage your security settings (PDF 264.79 KB)
- New Starter
To get started, you are required to register your recovery details and set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Refer to the link below on instructions on how to set up both security features:
