My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Studying for the GMAT whilst balancing work, university and extracurriculars.

About me: Born in Italy and raised in Malta, I grew up in an international setting and had the chance to learn languages from an early age. I moved back to Milan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in International Economics & Finance at Bocconi University.

Over the past years, I have interned at diverse companies in various roles, ranging from programme management at Amazon to operations at Goldman Sachs, with further experience at Google, Bayer and Discovery Channel.

Although all these experiences have enriched me with both soft and hard skills, the biggest takeaway has been that I want to work in an environment that stretches me and allows me to learn alongside a pool of curious, bright and open-minded peers. I therefore applied to the Masters in Management programme at LBS to broaden my perspectives and hone my problem-solving skills. So far, I have been immersed in a multicultural community of students with bold aspirations and a can-do attitude. Having experienced first-hand the power of mentoring, as a student ambassador I hope to help future generations of students find their path and develop their strengths.

Beyond academics, I enjoy cross-country running, meeting new people and anything else that keeps my adrenaline levels high!

Three topics I can be approached about: Impact Consulting Club projects; business school application tips; moving to London.
