How you learn



Your Change Challenge

Enrich your learning experience with a Change Challenge unique to you and your organisation. Engage with a coach pre-programme to scope out and define your specific change goals. Reflect on what you’ve learnt at the end of each day and apply lessons immediately to your challenge. Construct your solution gradually with the help of journaling, fresh insights, coaching and immersive experiences. Make a significant impact when you return to work with a detailed 90-day action plan to execute your strategy.



Pre-programme diagnostics

Start thinking about change before you step foot on campus. Using the Point Positive® assessment, identify your distinctive strengths and most positive interactions with the people around you. Profile your own network structure with the change-maker network diagnostic, including the ‘change champions’ who have influence, the ‘brokers’ who span networks and the ‘powerful resistors’ who need to be carefully managed.



Proactive simulations

Enjoy a design sprint with a simulation to activate your design thinking skills. Learn what it’s like to lead outside your comfort zone at an immersive experience in the heart of London. Hone your communication skills when you work with an expert outside the classroom to articulate your vision and impassion your audience.



One-on-one coaching

Engage with an executive coach strategically matched to you and your business challenge before day one on the programme. Take advantage of coaching guidance during the programme as well as when the hard work starts – in the workplace – up to three months post-programme. Refine your 90-day action plan and set off on the path to deep and meaningful change.



Action grounded in theory

Craft a change solution grounded in Professor Dan Cable’s latest practical insights on positive psychology and human potential as well as renowned academic theory. Take an evolved change strategy back to your organisation for immediate – and sustained – impact.
