     Self-knowledge

    This programme helps you to bring out your own personality and trade on your strengths with greater confidence and effectiveness. Before joining the programme, you are asked to reflect on what you want to achieve during your five days, identify your business challenges and any development areas.

    Discover how those who work with you view your leadership style, with our NEO Personality questionnaire, which gathers information from your colleagues, creating a fuller picture of your role and experience.

     Insight into others

    Acquire the skills to unlock your abilities to create highly effective relationships and fine-tune your approach to the unique biases and motives of each individual you work with. 

    By looking at research-based insights into the drivers of human behaviour, the personality profiling and the NEO survey, you gain an awareness of others that enhances your emotional intelligence, enabling you to perform deep analysis of those who are vital to your success.

     Interpersonal problem-solving

    The key to successfully solving ‘people problems’ is self-knowledge combined with the ability to make a correct reading of others’ psychology.

    Gain strategies and tools to influence and motivate people and, in a secure environment, test these techniques. Practise new patterns of behaviour through group work, role play situations and one-to-one coaching sessions, and acquire the tools to address specific challenges, drive new behaviours and achieve success through other people.

    Masterclasses in key areas

    Targeted coach-led masterclass sessions, which cover: Impact: communicating effectively and identifying personal visions. Coaching: insights into smart strategies for the effective development of your people.  Emotional intelligence: tools for identifying what regularly trips you up and how to deal with the emotional impact. Dealing with conflict: master communication strategies that identify and manage conflict.

    Individualised coaching 

    Faculty and executive coaches enable you to identify your strengths and weaknesses. You develop a bespoke action plan, with strategies for re-entry into your workplace. Sessions are tailored to support implementation plans, challenges or other specific workplace issues.

    Post-programme coaching

    As part of the programme, you are encouraged to arrange a follow-up session with your executive coach to review your post-programme commitments. To help consolidate and reinforce the learning, you also receive post-programme videos specifically focused on key aspects of the programme.
