Alumni Careers²

Alumni Careers² is a digital, on-demand career management platform consisting of interactive exercises and digital content to help you take ownership of your career at key inflection points.

Alumni Careers² comprises four career inflection pathways: making a career transition, accelerating your career, returning to work following a career break, and navigating redundancy. Each pathway is made up of a number of exercises, each tackling a particular career management skill critical for success e.g. articulating your career story, defining your strengths, understanding your values, job crafting your return and more.

You can navigate one of these inflection points specifically or work through any of the exercises independently if your career needs are focussed on building a particular career management skill. There is something for everyone! 

Access to Alumni Careers² is via MyAccess. If you have already registered for MyAccess you should be able to access the tool immediately. If you have forgotten your password, or have not yet registered for MyAccess, please use the registration button above or email help@london.edu.

Alumni Careers² is hosted on a platform called Thinqi. You may happen to land on the Main Thinqi LEARN sign-in page and find you cannot log in.

Please remember LBS alumni should not to log in from this LEARN page. Please always go to the single sign on link on the Alumni Careers² landing page or MyApps to sign-in.

Alumni Careers²  is a key part of the broader Alumni Career Centre offering. It can be used as a standalone resource or as part of your coaching conversations. For more information on the Alumni Career Centre offering visit the Alumni Career Centre pages. Entrance to the careers job board is currently still accessible via Portal.

Absolutely. As an alumnus you are entitled to two free coaching sessions per calendar year. Our alumni coaching pool has access to Alumni Careers² and can help guide you towards the right exercises for your career challenges, or help you interpret your reflections and set actions to move your career forwards.  Visit here for more information on career coaching.

If you have trouble logging in, here are some tips:

• Check your username - make sure you are using the email address registered as your LBS ID. This is the same username you would use to access LBS Hub
• Clear your cache data - if you receive a ''bad request' or ''invitation redemption failed'' error message, clear your browser's cache and try logging into the service again
• Reset your password - please take a look at the advice from Microsoft or Google, depending on the email address you have registered for LBS Hub.

If you are an LBS alumnus/a, you may need to register your personal email address (which will become your new LBS ID). If you already have an LBS ID, then you can log in as normal.

Alumni Career² is a learning platform hosting interactive career development content to support you to own and manage your career. LBS Hub is your alumni and student engagement platform to enable you to stay connected to your worldwide alumni network.
