DocoArt is a creative company which specialises in creating handmade Custom Oil Paintings such as family portraits, pets, and wedding portraits from photos emailed to us by customers. In addition DocoArt holds a large collection of oil paintings in a vast variety of styles; Modern Art, Landscape, Still Life are only part of our collection.

Financial Republic, a microfinance institution based in Ghana, offers micro-savings and microloans to its clients, accompanied with financial education to individuals and community groups.

Flat-Club aims to ‘bring trust’ to short-term renting. Students at top universities are often away from expensive accommodation for weeks at a time, but many experience difficulty finding trusted tenants to take their rooms on a short-term basis. By connecting students from top universities only with tenants from their existing social, academic and professional networks, Flat-Club, aims to eliminate the risks involved when advertising on the open market, whilst also keeping user acquisition costs down for the company. The company employs 13 people at its London headquarters and currently has 40,000 members. Over the next year Flat-Club plans to replicate its model in Europe, with imminent launches in Paris, Berlin, New York and Madrid.

HomeTouch is an award winning software-as-a-service that enables families and care providers to manage the care of older people in their own homes. HomeTouch’s purpose is twofold: firstly, to enable older people to become less isolated and more engaged in their care, and secondly to provide families/care providers with a set of productivity, monitoring and communication tools to support care anytime/anywhere. HomeTouch has raised its first round of seed financing from Healthbox Europe and is also financially supported by Unltd, the foundation for social entrepreneurs. HomeTouch has also received a Clinical Excellence award and project contract form the Technology Strategy Board. As of November 2013, HomeTouch is raising its second round of capital.

The company’s platform enables restaurants to publish and manage all digital content (such as menus, photos, promotions, news, etc.) online, which is distributed and updated in real-time to partnering digital publishers; including TimeOut, Hardens, Tastecard. For consumers it provides a location-based search and discovery engine with dish level details to satisfy any craving or preference. Currently focused on the Greater London market, the company has the largest data base, maintaining content for over 9,000 restaurants. With over 800,000 dishes we can satisfy any of your food cravings. The company will be launching a mobile app soon.

At present, SalesGossip receives 900,000 page views and 350,000 visitors monthly, and is often featured in leading publications including Elle, The Telegraph, Wired and Drapers. Since the company’s launch 18 months ago, SalesGossip has been named one of the best websites for savvy shoppers by The Times, won the RBS EnterprisingU Competition and was awarded the SMARTA100 Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
