Robin Klein, a highly successful entrepreneur and investor has built and successfully sold a number of companies over the last four decades
Robin Klein has built and successfully sold a number of companies beginning with Berda Electric in the 1970s, Salton in the 1980s and Innovations in the 1990s. In 1995 Innovations, a household and technology gadgets company, conducted the UK’s first secure internet transaction, supported by NatWest Bank and ICL.
Today Robin is an investor in and adviser to fast-growth businesses specialising in consumer-facing, branded and multi-channel retailers, digital media and internet services.
Through the Accelerator Group and his family investment company Local Globe, he has interests in many businesses. Here he presents the ten key personal lessons he has learned from an entrepreneur’s life.
