Having always loved games, he had already built and sold one successful games company, Macrospace. Excited by the launch of Facebook and the chance to build games based on the social online experience, he targeted his new venture at that market, and the company’s first game, an IQ tester, was played by 20 million people more than 500 million times.
More hits followed, and after just two years the company was sold for up to $400 million. Here Kristian talks about his experiences and about his belief that joining a start-up not only creates wealth and jobs but also provides meaning and helps you live longer.
