Before joining the PhD programme, Evgenii worked as a research associate at Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy in Moscow. Evgenii holds a MA in Economics from New Economic School (Moscow), and a MSc in Applied Mathmatics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
