MSc in Management (Smith School of Business at Queen’s University), BScH in Psychology (Queen’s University)
Beth Anne Helgason is a third-year PhD student in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Her research examines unethical behaviour in organisations, including how people feel comfortable acting in ethically-questionable ways and when people are willing to let others off the hook for misbehaviour. In one program of research, Beth Anne examines how people seek out and use advice to behave unethically. In a second line of research, she examines how people come to terms with their past misbehaviours.
Beth Anne received an MSc in Organizational Behaviour and BSc in Psychology (Honours) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada. She holds a doctoral fellowship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
When not actively focused on her research, Beth Anne enjoys playing and coaching soccer, running, and finding any excuse to spend time outdoors.
