Beth Anne Helgason is a first-year PhD student in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Before joining London Business School, Beth Anne received her MSc in Management and BSc in Psychology (Honours) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
Beth Anne’s research interests include social influence, ethical behaviour, and social hierarchy. Her current work explores questions such as: (1) How does advice-giving affect ethical behaviour? (2) How do individuals use their imaginations in judging others’ ethicality? and (3) How do employees’ social class backgrounds influence their cooperative behaviours at work? Outside of academia, Beth Anne enjoys travelling and playing soccer.
