My greatest challenge when I applied to business school was: Managing my time between GMAT preparation and university assignments.

About me: Originally from Romania, I came to the UK for undergraduate studies. I attended the University of Warwick and studied a Computer Science with Business Studies degree. Here, I had the chance to develop a strong technical background while also enhancing my understanding of business fundamentals and practices by partaking in numerous academic and non-academic activities (Warwick Economics Summit, Enactus Warwick, etc.).

On the professional side, working as a summer technology intern for Citibank in London gave me the opportunity to have a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where technology and business work strongly together. I decided I would like a career that encapsulates a dynamic, ever-changing setting and uses data as a means to build solutions.

Motivated to further deepen my understanding of how data shapes the business world, I chose to pursue the Masters in Analytics and Management programme at LBS. It provides me not only with a carefully curated academic preparation, but also with the necessary inter-personal skills I need to thrive in my future career.
