About me: Growing up in the Southern United States, Caitlin obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University, where she studied Public Relations & Political Science. She kicked off her career in New York City at large PR firms before recognising her passion for talent strategy topics and pivoting into human capital consulting, where she has become known for her work and expertise in the Future of Work. Most recently she has helped to support the launch and scale of multiple new human capital offerings at Deloitte focused on Workforce Strategy.

Caitlin is passionate about the human experience and designing inclusive ‘Best Place to Work’ organisations. She’s interested in the intersection of business strategy and talent planning and chose to pursue her MBA to elevate her data-driven decision-making skills and deepen her knowledge of global context in business environments.

At LBS, Caitlin is an advocacy officer for the Student Association, working with her peers and the administration to elevate and increase inclusion and belonging across all identity groups at LBS. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys exploring London’s gorgeous parks with her dog, doing group HITT workouts and trying dance classes around the city.

Three topics I can be approached about: Navigating neurodiversity and wellbeing during your MBA; social mobility, inclusion and belonging at LBS; consulting.
